This role will involve overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance reporting, ensuring compliance with all financial regulations, accounting standards, and corporate policies. The CFO will provide leadership and direction to the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including operations and leadership, will be essential to ensure alignment between financial strategies and organizational goals.CFO MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSCPA certification and permit (license) is required.Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within large corporations (healthcare industry preferred).Experience managing financial operations in organizations with annual revenues between $350 million and $500 million.Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required.
