Job Description:
2026-27 School Year D escription: The head coach is responsible
for planning, managing and directing the entire 9-12 grade girls
and boys Volleyball team program(s) (during each season). Specific
shall include, but are not limited to the following tasks: Coaching
the varsity girls or boys volleyball team(s). Coordinating with
administration to hire assistant coaches Directing and supervising
assistant volleyball coaches Managing all aspects of the program
including practicing, competing, providing off-season improvement
opportunities to include strength and conditioning and full usage
of contact days Marketing and promoting the volleyball program(s).
Coaching, guiding, and providing feedback to student athletes
Scouting opponents. Managing a fiscally sound budget Monitoring
class schedules, grades and student-athlete academic progress, and
intervening where appropriate. Responsible for volleyball
student-athlete retention Articulation with the feeder middle
school program Providing summer camp opportunities for elementary
students
