account manager I role is an entry level position that supports the
account management team by assisting with the pre-order process,
processing sales orders, generating reports, monitoring order
status, and assisting with post-purchase transactions. This
position requires professional customer service skills and the
ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention
to detail. Essential Job Functions Include: Order processing and
related activities (pre- and post-sale). Monitoring of order
status. Sales report generation. Timely and professional responses
to all communication (written and verbal). Management and
maintenance of customer information in OPBs systems. Other duties
as assigned. Required Qualifications: Previous account management
experience preferred, but not required. Proficient in MS Office,
including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Strong
organizational and communication skills. Ability to multi-task and
prioritize assigned duties in a fast-paced environment while
maintaining attention to detail.
