and Responsibilities This position requires use of information
which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations
(ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of
ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent
Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
Introduction The Electronic Assemblies Operator is responsible for
performing repetitive intermediate-level assembly work on
low-volume, high-mix assembly lines to mass produce transformers,
inductors and power supply products. Key Responsibilities /n -
Reliable team member that can work independently within the team.
/n - Displays process integrity. /n - Consistently helps benchmark
expectations of productivity and quality of work. /n - Displays the
highest level of quality standards. /n - Leads by example when
relating to Core Values. /n - J-STD-001D Inspection certified. /n -
Possess a basic understanding of problem solving (PDCA) and the
ability to identify and/or solve quality problems. /n - Possesses
an advanced understanding of the principles of Lean Manufacturing.
/n - Possesses an advanced understanding of the principles of
visual workplace management. /n - Assists in solving quality and
production issues on the line. /n - Displays an ability to train
other team members in various production activities. /n - Performs
other duties as assigned or required. /n /n Qualifications, Skills
and Attributes Core Competencies /n - Able to independently read
and understand production drawings and work instructions. /n - Able
to work with chemicals. /n - Good manual dexterity/ability. /n -
Working in a repetitive job. /n - Working knowledge of quality
practices. /n - Meets vision requirements specified by quality
management system. /n - The position is in the production floor and
could involve sitting for a long period of time, but not limited to
standing walking and lifting throughout the day. /n - Lifting
amount up to 25 pounds. /n - Excellent verbal and written
communication skills. /n /n Qualifications and Experience /n - GED
or High School Diploma preferred but not required. /n - Two years
experience in electronics assembly preferred. /n - Soldering
experience of one year preferred. /n - Inspection and training
experience preferred. /n - This position requires use of
