We are seeking a Dual Role Table Games Dealer/Supervisor . In this position, you will not only handle assigned games, such as Blackjack, Craps, and Roulette, but also assume supervisory responsibilities. As a Supervisor, you will oversee and monitor table games dealers during live play to ensure games are run smoothly and in compliance with department standards. Key Responsibilities Safeguard the assets of the company. Demonstrate a practical working knowledge of dealing policies and gaming procedures. Exchange currency for gaming chips. Collect bets and pay winning wagers. Ensure compliance with Federal and state currency reporting requirements. Maintain proper department uniform and appearance standards. Any reasonable request by your immediate Supervisor or any Manager Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, department, and company policies. Keep your work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris, and litter Perform all job functions safely and in a responsible manner. Ensure compliance with Missouri Gaming Commission regulations and all applicable laws. Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Missouri Gaming License.
