Job Description:
HCA Healthcare is seeking compassionate and dedicated newly
graduated Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team under the OPT
Sponsorship Program. This unique opportunity is designed for recent
nursing graduates who are seeking to gain hands-on experience in a
supportive environment while contributing to our mission of caring
for and improving human life. As a part of HCA Healthcare, you will
work in a dynamic hospital setting, cooperating with skilled
healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
across our diverse network of nearly 2,000 sites of care, including
hospitals and surgery centers. Deliver exceptional nursing care in
compliance with standards and regulations. Collaborate with
healthcare teams to implement patient care plans accurately.
Participate in the assessment, implementation, and evaluation of
patient care. Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records of
patient care. Administer medications and treatments to patients and
monitor their effects. Advise patients and their families on
illness, treatment and post-hospital care. Participate in
educational opportunities to update nursing knowledge and skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High level of
professionalism and ethical practice. Ability to work well under
pressure in a fast-paced environment. Critical thinking and
problem-solving skills. Effective time management and
prioritization. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
