offers an opportunity to support students in a school setting in
Kansas City, MO, serving as a 1:1 paraprofessional. The role
focuses on providing individualized assistance to students,
including toileting and diapering support as part of daily care.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver one-on-one support to students,
helping with academic and personal care needs. Assist with
toileting and diapering according to student needs and school
protocols. Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a
supportive learning environment. Monitor student progress and
communicate effectively with the educational team. Maintain a safe
and nurturing atmosphere that promotes student success. Desired
Qualifications: Experience working as a paraprofessional, ideally
in a school environment. Comfort and ability to assist with
toileting and diapering tasks. Strong interpersonal skills and
patience when working with students requiring individualized
support. Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with
school staff. Reliable and committed to a 37.5-hour workweek.
