Will develop test requirements and test the equipment to ensure it meets customer expectations and the industry standard for appropriate sanitation and safety requirements. Will complete laser programming, engineering document files, equipment manuals, bill of material, prototype drawings and final production drawings for equipment. Will document the project from start to finish including all emails, meetings, print changes, approvals, manufacturing changes and customer changes. Will review existing food processing equipment for cost savings, technology changes for improvements and part commonality. Requirements:Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) in Engineering or relative work experience.Design and development experience in mechanical and electro-mechanical systems.CAD experience.Design control experience through design and process verification and validation.Understanding and experience in product design and development such as Design for Test (DFT), Design for Manufacturability (DFM), FEA, Risk Analysis, 6 Sigma, PPAP, GD&T and ability to do root cause investigations.MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).Metrology tools: Calipers, Scales, Gages, etc.Interested in hearing more?
