As a Permanent Mechanical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing mechanical systems for a wide range of projects. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional who is passionate about creating innovative solutions and pushing the boundaries of engineering excellence.Responsibilities:1. Design and develop mechanical systems, including HVAC and plumbing, using Revit software and other relevant tools.2. Prepare detailed mechanical drawings and specifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems with other disciplines, such as electrical and structural engineering.4. Conduct thorough analysis and calculations to ensure the efficiency, reliability, and safety of mechanical designs.5. Perform site visits and inspections to assess the feasibility of proposed designs and identify potential challenges or opportunities for improvement.6. Provide technical support during the construction phase, including reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs, and conducting field inspections.7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in mechanical engineering, and apply this knowledge to enhance project outcomes.8. Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers, fostering their professional growth and development.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the Engineering industry.3. Strong proficiency in using Revit software for mechanical design and drafting.4. Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC and plumbing, and their integration into building projects.5. Proven ability to prepare accurate and detailed mechanical drawings and specifications.6. Proficiency in conducting calculations and simulations using relevant software tools.7. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex mechanical issues and propose effective solutions.8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.9. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while adhering to strict deadlines.10.
