services, strong strategic planning and implementation performance,

with our business segments, channels, and functional leadership to
select and deliver business-led, digitally-enabled advice,
planning, products & services that help us adapt to our unique
challenges and opportunities for delivering human-centered complete
wealth management to tens of millions of families across North
America. Our Business Architecture area brings together several key
capabilities: wealth platforms, client data & analytics, risk
management, and strategic client initiatives. We architect
integrated programs that transform our business, particularly
wealth management and digital strategy & insights for the firm's
advice, planning, products & services. Business Architecture
professionals serve as trusted advisors to business segments,
channels, and functional leaders, working with them to make clear
data-driven choices about wealth advice, planning, products &
services including digital platforms and partnerships to drive
growth and enterprise value. Business Architecture will help our
business segments, channels, and functional leaders maximize the
ROI on wealth platform investments to architect the future of
wealth management advice & solutions. Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, STEM or business-related
field required Advanced Degree (Masters or MBA) preferred Minimum
of 15 years' experience directly related to Wealth Management /
Financial Services industry, Consulting, functional and/or
technical area of expertise with 5 years of leadership experience
Negotiation experience required Proven track record of outstanding
performance in a previous complex enterprise Experience with data
examination and budget management (preferred) Series 7 and 66;
