and receives branch office support, so they can focus on building
deep relationships with clients. Headquarters associates in St.

investors.This role is part of the Research Operations and
Enablement Team. The mission of the team is to orchestrate and
optimize people, process, and craft to amplify the quality, value,
and impact of research at scale.
--- In order to accomplish the team mission, this role would help
monitor email inboxes, intake forms, and manage access to tools and
documents for a large team of researchers.
--- This role may include the management of team SharePoint sites,
including the updating of content and file organization.
--- This role may manage consent forms, assist with participant
recruiting activities, and manage meetings and invites.
--- This role may also involve the collection of monthly metric
updates from researchers and report them out.
--- This role may involve conducting some surveys and at time may
provide opportunities to conduct or assist with some research
--- In order to accomplish the team mission, this role would
possibly be involved in developing knowledge management practices
and tool development and maintenance for researchers.
--- It may involve planning, conducting, and analyzing some
research on new processes, documents, and tools that the team, as
well as other Design Operations teams, are developing
--- The role may also involve monitoring the consistent application
of its work by researchers to help ensure that standards are
consistently adhered to.
Depending on experience/qualifications, this role may be filled as
a User Experience Researcher II or User Experience Researcher
- Bachelor's degree in Usability, Human Factors, Human-Computer
Interaction, Psychology or relevant field.
- 2+ years' experience in User Experience research or business
- Proficient in both qualitative and quantitative User Experience
- Proactively develops self in the field of current and emerging
research and technology.
- Proficient in critical thinking, strategic thinking, process
improvement, relationship-building and problem-solving
- Proficient in written and verbal communication.
- Able to research, analyze and consolidate data into trends and
share with teams.
- Proficient in project management and organizational
- Able to establish and maintain effective relationships across
departments, business areas, and vendors.
- Responds well to direction, embraces feedback and change.
- Presents ideas, thoughts, arguments, and information
persuasively. Seen as credible and trustworthy.

this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on
skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a
potential new associate:
Salary: $76798 - $130764
