Job Description:
A company is hiring a Clinical Strategy Operations Director.
Responsibilities:
Set, drive and execute on the department strategy and vision to
enhance program's overall value including determining and
uncovering new opportunities
Identify and execute on administrative expense and medical cost
savings through process improvement, new programming, or
automation
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of managers and
their reports
Qualifications:
10+ years experience in healthcare strategy and operations, and/or
related field
6+ years of management experience
3+ years experience in leading large-scale cross functional
initiatives
