Job Description:

A company is looking for a Knock CRM Product Manager.
Key Responsibilities:

Be the subject matter expert on all of our Tours initiatives and how they impact customers and products
Cross-functional team alignment on product priorities, roadmap creation, product execution / delivery, and customer activation
Utilize data to inform priorities and product decisions

Required Qualifications:

3+ years in a Product Manager role for a software platform or SaaS company
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience defining short and long term product strategies and execution
Experience shipping products with large initiatives with complex requirement and dependencies
