developmentally-appropriate classes. Each class features unique
science-based fitness games led by highly trained, kid-focused
coaches.At KidStrong, General Managers are the heartbeat of our
centers, serving as dynamic leaders who inspire success and foster
a culture of growth and excellence. You will be responsible for
leading our passionate coaches and engaging with families, ensuring
high sales and low member attrition.ResponsibilitiesCenter
Operations
- Understand KPIs and financials to make informed decisions.
- Build relationships with families to provide exceptional
service.
- Oversee center initiatives like maintenance, training, and
brand consistency.
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and
maintenance.
- Manage coaching schedules and center events to maximize
profitability.Sales
- Maintain lead management processes and conduct call
drives.
- Finalize sales and bookings through online sign-up.
- Attend local events to boost brand awareness and generate
leads.Leadership
- Foster a coaching culture and oversee coaching staff.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate coaches and staff
development.
- Lead staff meetings and communicate professionally via Slack
and email.Coaching
- Deliver curriculum focusing on Brain, Physical, and Character
development for children up to 11 years old.
- Ensure safety and proper technique during classes.
- Approximately 5-10 coaching hours per week.Skills &
Qualifications
- Background in athletics or coaching, with experience working
with children aged 15 months to 11 years.
- Comfortable communicating with parents and guardians.
- Management experience required.
- Proficiency with Google platforms and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of physiology and exercise techniques.DNA /
