You will be responsible for leading our passionate coaches and engaging with families, ensuring high sales and low member attrition.ResponsibilitiesCenter Operations
  • Understand KPIs and financials to make informed decisions.
  • Build relationships with families to provide exceptional service.
  • Oversee center initiatives like maintenance, training, and brand consistency.
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and maintenance.
  • Manage coaching schedules and center events to maximize profitability.Sales
    • Maintain lead management processes and conduct call drives.
    • Finalize sales and bookings through online sign-up.
    • Attend local events to boost brand awareness and generate leads.Leadership
      • Foster a coaching culture and oversee coaching staff.
      • Recruit, train, and evaluate coaches and staff development.
      • Lead staff meetings and communicate professionally via Slack and email.Coaching
        • Deliver curriculum focusing on Brain, Physical, and Character development for children up to 11 years old.
        • Ensure safety and proper technique during classes.
        • Approximately 5-10 coaching hours per week.Skills & Qualifications
          • Background in athletics or coaching, with experience working with children aged 15 months to 11 years.
          • Comfortable communicating with parents and guardians.
          • Management experience required.
          • Proficiency with Google platforms and CRM tools.
          • Knowledge of physiology and exercise techniques.DNA / Competencies
