Boutique, multi-specialty ophthalmology practice is looking to a full time Oculoplastic surgeon. The surgeon will have the option of doing cataracts if they would like given the volume in the practice but can also focus full time on oculoplastics only. In either situation there will be patients and cases handed down to the new associate. The new associate will also benefit from the expansive referral network the practice co-manages with. The whole practice already has a med-spa like feel and is open to an oculoplastic surgeon directing the practice who they want. There are plenty of functional cases to be done and an open market for cosmetic cases given the Kansas City market is underserved in oculoplastics. Surgery will be done in a practice owned surgery center already equipped for plastics. A generous base salary will be offered with a production bonus. This is a partnership track opportunity and offering 5 weeks of vacation year one as well. Requirements: M.D./D.O. and Board Certified/Eligible.
