A medical services company is seeking a Telecommute Health
Customer Success Advisor.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
Working in collaboration with other field Region Specialists, ERP
teams, client services
Supporting the planning, execution, and oversight of account
management at existing members/customers
Being responsible for interpreting member's data to determine
initiatives
Qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree
2 or more years applicable experience
Accounts Payable, Building Relationships, Business Analytics,
Health Care
Able to develop technical requirements
Able to be Customer Centric with an ability to manage tickets
through Salesforce or CRM
