They have high-level critical thinking skills, vast clinical knowledge, and are able to stay calm under pressure -About this unit:
    • 36 Bed Unit, with 4:1 Nurse/Patient Ratio for Nights, with average stay of 2 to 7 days
    • Working in a fast-paced, passionate, team-oriented environment, surrounded by critical thinkers.
    • Variety of patients including Trauma, Stroke, Post Cath Lab Stint or Stemi, Drips, and more. - -Responsibilities:
      • Under the general direction of the Director, Manager or Nurse Manager, - Registered Nurse -(RN) coordinates and provides patient care and assumes individual responsibility and accountability for the provision of nursing care. -
        • Registered Nurse (RN) -provides nursing care is - in accordance with hospital policies and procedures, applicable state Nursing Practice Acts, ANA Standards of Practice and the generic and unit structure standards - -

          • Graduation from a school of nursing with either a Diploma, ADN or BSN
          • Must hold a current RN -license from the Missouri State Board of Nursing
          • BLS certification upon hire
