Job Description:
----- - First shift position offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for
independently licensed clinicians.
Providing comprehensive outpatient behavioral health services,
including individual, group, and family counseling for clients with
addiction and/or mental health issues.
Maintaining licensure, complying with federal confidentiality
regulations, and managing client records.
Conducting assessments, treatment planning, discharge, and
aftercare coordination.
Participating in team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing
professional development.
Qualifications include a Master--------s degree in social work,
counseling, or related field, with LICSW, LMHC, or LADC1 licensure
in Massachusetts.
Strong communication, diagnostic, case management skills, and
understanding of substance abuse and mental health issues are
essential.
Intermediate computer skills and ability to facilitate groups and
collaborate with other agencies required.
