Independent Sales Representative (1099) – Home Care Services
Location: Missouri & Kansas (Remote / Field-Based) Job Type:
Independent Contractor (1099) Company: Desire In-Home Care Desire
In-Home Care is a licensed and approved home care agency serving 17
counties across Missouri and Kansas. We specialize in
compassionate, quality care for seniors, elders, and individuals
with disabilities. Our focus is on growing our Private Pay client
base while continuing to support Medicaid recipients. Top Services
Offered: - Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs):
bathing, dressing, grooming - Instrumental Activities of Daily
Living (IADLs): meal preparation, medication reminders, light
housekeeping - Transportation and errand running - Companionship
and social engagement - Assistance with mobility and transfers
Responsibilities: - Build and nurture a referral network targeting
Private Pay clients within our licensed service area - Promote
Desire In-Home Care’s services to families, senior centers,
hospitals, physicians, and community partners - Attend community
events and networking opportunities to increase visibility -
Educate prospects on the benefits of private pay home care services
- Follow up on leads and coordinate smooth client onboarding with
our internal team Who Should Apply: - Individuals who genuinely
enjoy assisting seniors, elders, and people with disabilities -
Sales professionals with excellent communication and
relationship-building skills - Self-motivated, independent workers
comfortable managing their own schedule - Compassionate and patient
individuals driven to make a positive impact - Candidates familiar
with Missouri and Kansas communities, especially in our licensed
counties, are a plus Compensation: - $18–$32/hour base depending on
experience - PLUS 10–25% commission per referral (scaled) — no cap
