Clinical Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning Provide general and restorative dentistry while ensuring patient safety and comfort Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation Ensure proper use and functioning of dental equipment Collaborate with other providers and team members on complex cases Refer internally to dental specialists and oral surgeons when appropriate Support and guide dental assistants assigned to you Provide clinical input on practice decisions, equipment purchases, and service expansion Model practice values and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture Participate in practice meetings, operational planning, and growth initiatives Engage in patient acquisition, marketing, and referral development to support practice growth Requirements DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Valid Missouri dental license and malpractice coverage Proficiency in a wide range of general dentistry procedures Strong interpersonal and communication skills New graduates with exceptional skills encouraged to apply Position Details Long-term temporary role (consistent schedule) with potential to convert to permanent Full-time schedule Competitive compensation and benefits Supportive, team-oriented environment focused on patient-centered care If you’re a motivated dentist seeking a collaborative, growth-oriented practice with a long-term career path, we encourage you to apply and join our Kansas City team.
