Compensation: $72,000 - $85,000 yearly Responsibilities: Develop and implement ABA therapy plans for children aged 2-6 in a center-based environment in Lees Summit, MO Provide supervision and training to the team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) Conduct assessments and design personalized treatment strategies for each patient Review RBT data and session notes, offering constructive feedback and support Establish strong relationships with families to set goals, track progress, and provide guidance and assistance Engage in the staff interview process and contribute to team meetings Maintain high clinical standards for all learners and staff in the center Qualifications: Requirements: Must hold a Master’s Degree Must be an actively registered Board Certified Behavior Analyst with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Previous experience in a clinical/center-based setting is highly preferred Additional experience within the ABA community is highly valued Preferred Skills: Demonstrate a commitment to clinical excellence Possess strong leadership skills to handle stressful situations with calmness and patience Show compassion and have a high Emotional Quotient (EQ) Collaborate effectively with other clinicians, leadership, and parents/caregivers Familiarity with Vineland-3, VBMAPP, ESDM, or PRT is a plus About Company Atlas Autism Health is an organization that provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for young learners between the ages of 2 and 7 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
