Coordinator, you'll oversee the daily operations and patient flow,

Coordinate nursing operations and maintain quality standards in
Emergency Room settings. Manage patient flow to ensure timely care.
Oversee and assist in the development and training of ER nursing
staff. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to
optimize patient care. Implement and evaluate policies to improve
patient outcomes. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and
safety standards. Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to
handle emergency situations efficiently Capability to mentor and
motivate staff Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
