Registered Nurse (RN) | Cardiac Catheterization Lab Location: Lees Summit, MO Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,925 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/27/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Cath Lab RN in Lees Summit, Missouri, 64086! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cath Lab Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum of 1 year in specialty License: Current state nursing license Certifications: BLS ACLS Must-Have: Complex PCI experience Experience in Diagnostic Cardiac Cath lab Electrophysiology Lab experience Description: The Registered Nurse will provide care in the Cath Lab. Daily procedures include an average of 4 procedures per lab. Staffing ratios are 1:4 during the day and 1:3 at night. Floating between departments may be required as needed. On-call duties include weekday and weekend coverage. Candidates must have experience in various cardiac procedures including IABP Placement/Removal, Interventional Catheterizations, and Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI). Knowledge of Infection Prevention and Radiation Safety is essential. The nurse will monitor procedural sedation and assist with central line insertion and management. Experience in blood product administration and starting IVs is required. Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias are also essential skills. The role requires familiarity with various catheterization techniques and equipment usage.
