Come join us in Firm Analytics, where we strive to unleash the full potential of data and analytics into data driven decision making. As a team leader in Firm Analytics, you will oversee 4-6 associates responsible for the design, execution and delivery of high impact analytic solutions that influence business decisions and drive data-driven strategies at the enterprise level.

Specifically, your teams will be responsible for delivering advanced business intelligence solutions with embedded advanced analytic insights and predictions to home office leaders and decision makers as well as branch teams that powers decisions and drives actions.

What you'll do:

  • Nurture and develop the talent on your team with analytic skills and soft skills needed to execute best in class analytics. Providing them with coaching and guidance needed to reach their full potential
  • Responsible for delivery of high impact, best in class analytic insights with measurable value for the firm
  • Create and execute appropriate analytical approach for the business need(s)
  • Partner with leaders across the firm to deliver high value analytics towards a shared strategic objective
  • Working with various stakeholders and business leaders at all levels of the firm to understand business strategies, identify business problems, and recommend an appropriate analytical solution to drive data informed decision-making. Advise and consult business leaders on the appropriate analytics solution to maximize business value
  • Ensure your team is focused on the highest impact firm priorities that aligns to department's vision and strategy
  • Shape the culture within your team and our department to create a place of belonging for our associates
  • Develop and maintain a sound understanding of firm financial results and key strategic business drivers and apply understanding to analytic approach and prioritization
    • 5-7 years relevant prior experience
    • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
    • Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, interpersonal and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix environmentHighly Preferred:
      • Advanced level of understanding of data (i.e. data manipulation language) and analytics (i.e. descriptive statistics) and ability design analytic solutions and proven ability to break down large efforts into parts for execution
      • 1-2 years of direct people leadership experience with increasing levels of responsibility
      • Experience in Financial services industry, analytics, corporate strategy, management consulting or economic
      • Dedication and passion in developing the potential of others
      • Advanced degree or Certification in Analytics, Business or STEM field preferred
      • Effective collaboration, teamwork and commitment to the team first
      • Compassionate about coaching, inspiring, developing others leveraging interpersonal skills
      • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to identify business needs, interpret business strategies and create analytic solutions within ambiguous situations
      • Strong problem-solving skills
      • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects along with recurring responsibilities

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:
            Salary: $106916 - $182047
