Job Description:
Penner Property Management is an established Property Management
company dedicated to providing exceptional rental property services
to our clients. With a strong commitment to professionalism,
integrity, and excellence, we are looking for a team member to join
our dynamic team. Your position will play a crucial role in
supporting the property management team in maintaining and
enhancing the value of our managed properties. You will be
responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to the efficient
operation of our properties and the satisfaction of our tenants.
Cross training is important to allow internal growth as we value
and promote from within. Responsibilities: --- Assist in the
day-to-day management of Resident and Landlord needs. --- On site
property visits to ensure homes are being maintained. --- Exude
impeccable follow up skills in a fast-paced environment. ---
Organize company charity events. --- Promote management company on
social media. --- Respond to Resident and Landlord inquiries
promptly and professionally. Must be detailed oriented to manage
large influx on emails. --- Coordinate property maintenance,
repairs, and inspections. --- Prepare and audit property management
agreements and leases. --- Assist with the leasing process,
including advertising and processing applications. --- Collaborate
with the property management team to optimize property performance.
Visionary is a must but more importantly, implementation. --- Other
administrative and operational duties as assigned. Qualifications:
--- High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent ---
Previous work in a customer-facing position --- Excellent active
listening, interpersonal, and communication skills Compensation:
$18 - 20 hourly
