In a typical branch office, a financial advisor meets with clients
and receives branch office support, so they can focus on building
deep relationships with clients. Headquarters associates in St.
Louis, Tempe and Mississauga provide support and expertise to help
U.S. and Canada branch teams deliver an ideal client experience. We

investors.
Enterprise Learning is responsible for building new capabilities
critical to our firm's strategy at speed and scale, ensuring our
50,000 home-office associates and branch team members are reskilled
and upskilled to serve clients more completely through deep
personal relationships and comprehensive planning and advice.
This position is responsible for leading scrum teams responsible
for developing, deploying, and delivering learning experiences
throughout our organization. This would include co-creation with
end users and subject matter experts to develop online, in-person,
and facilitated training.
Scrum Masters at Edward Jones are servant leaders that support and
enable teams to stay focused and foster an environment for
relentless improvement and continuous learning. Additionally, they
help support and mentor other Scrum Masters in their role. They
collaborate and work closely with their team, product owners,
learning experience designers, learning program managers, learning
& performance consultants, stakeholders, and other Scrum Masters.
Scrum Masters know how to coach their teams well and guide them to
becoming high performing teams and serve as model examples for
Scrum Masters. They should value principles over practices.
Depending on experience and qualifications, this role may be filled
as a Senior Scrum Master or a Scrum Master II.

range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is
based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors
for a potential new associate:
