What you'll do
As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for application integration between our Salesforce Financial Services Cloud instance and existing applications. Integrations may include architecting and designing custom Lightning pages; designing and optimizing workflows across applications; embedding applications within Salesforce; and data integration across applications. The system will be used by 19,000+ Financial Advisors and will be integrated with various cloud and in-house applications to achieve the best end user experience.
Solution Architects work closely with product delivery developers, product owners, and product managers within their organization and across Technology functions and Firm business groups. Solution Architects also promote technical and functional application upgrades, enhancements, and industry standard approaches to their product teams and business leaders.
Essential Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Design and architect integrations with FSC combining SaaS systems, custom cloud applications, and on-premises applications across multi-cloud platforms.
• Guide and mentor teams on architecture, design, and integration of business software across multiple product platforms while ensuring solutions are built with performance, scalability, and resiliency in mind.
• Focus on continuous delivery to drive a seamless, modernized associate/user experience.
• Participate in the analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation activities within the areas of responsibility.
• Assist, mentor, and train other team members.
• Build strong partnerships and relationships with stakeholders in Product Management, UX, PMO, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure and Security. Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information systems is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience architecting, designing, and implementing large scale corporate systems.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience designing and implementing custom salesforce applications.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience working in IT related positions.
  • Experience with REST APIs, cloud native architecture, and Kafka required.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
  • Understanding of Product Teams and Agile methodology and practices
  • Strong Analytical and technical skills are required
  • Good communication and presentation skills to be able to interact with business stakeholders

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:
