Team Overview:

The Vendor Management team executes the firm's technology strategies by managing the vendor relationship, operations, and ensuring the appropriate allocation of vendor spend. This role will establish and implement the following processes to support a rapidly evolving technology landscape with an increasing use of vendors to achieve Technology division goals and objectives in line with firm strategic priorities.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage large scale technology service delivery providers both onshore and offshore and leverage experience with governing consulting and technology firms globally
  • Understand Agile framework, how to structure Agile teams to ensure best use of resources both onshore and offshore and recommend operating models for Technology division
  • Create and implement a Vendor/Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) program for the Technology division's Management Consulting and Staff Augmentation Category
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure successful fulfillment of Digital Contractors supplied by Vendors, manage Vendor performance and fulfillment turnaround times
  • Understand and utilize knowledge in Category Management, Strategic Sourcing, Vendor/Supplier Relationship Management, Third Party Risk Management and Contracting
  • Use Microsoft Excel data analysis skills to analyze spend, volumes, rates and related vendor management data including the creation and use of formulas, pivot tables and charts
  • Develop and implement a Digital Workforce Category Strategy and implementation plans to realize benefits of strategic vendor partnerships
  • Influence and educate internal Technology stakeholders to adopt change related to Workforce Strategies, SRM governance programs and the use of Vendors supplying offshore Contingent Labor
  • Develop and foster cross functional relationships successfully with C-level executives across vendors, internal stakeholders and Strategic Sourcing professionals
  • Influence and add value while effectively communicating and building relationships across teams, departments, countries, vendors and other divisions Qualifications
    What Experience You Need:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required
    • Experience in Category Management, Strategic Sourcing and Vendor Management
    • Experience in Procurement and Contract Management lifecycles
    • Ability to influence and build strong relationships with C-level executives
    • Strong understanding of negotiating and managing large scale SOWs
    • Experience with demand planning (technology labor) What Could Set You Apart:

      • Solid understanding around the management of contingent labor vendors
      • Solid understanding of financial accounting / P&L
      • Experience working with data and analytics

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:
