Job Description:
A company is looking for a Team Lead of Technical
Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team that supports infrastructure and applications, triaging
bugs, monitoring stability, ensuring data quality, and resolving
software issues
Build a first-class knowledge base, standardize tooling, and
identify gaps in observability
Collaborate with engineering and other teams to prioritize
automation, monitor infrastructure, and address performance
bottlenecks
Required Qualifications:
Advanced level operations experience in an enterprise
environment
Experience supporting production environments and using
observability tooling
Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn new technologies and coach team members
Familiarity with public company requirements and regulations
