Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Attorney to join our growing legal team. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to build strong client relationships and make a direct impact through skilled legal advocacy. The Attorney will be responsible for representing clients in court appearances, including hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings, as well as managing all aspects of case development from intake through resolution.Key Responsibilities Include: Representing clients in court, including preparing for and attending hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.Conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and other court documents with accuracy and attention to detail.Managing a personal caseload efficiently, including maintaining well-organized and up-to-date client files.Developing legal strategies tailored to each client’s specific goals and legal needs.Communicating regularly with clients to provide updates, guidance, and support throughout their case.Collaborating with legal support staff and colleagues to promote workflow efficiency and ensure high-quality representation.Participating in case reviews, internal meetings, and business development opportunities to support firm growth.
