Ensure that all customers are pleased with the performance of
Block Imaging's handling of issues.
Plan, direct and orchestrate all aspects of component repair
operation, meeting budget and timing requirements.
Meet all reporting/recording requirements required by all
Travel as needed to equipment work sites to oversee
Develop knowledge pf various medical imaging equipment to
enhance technical understanding of the products.
Work with Parts VP and HR to establish and communicate
organizational structures and monitor and evaluate performance of
Document and improve processes in support of organizational
goals to maximize output.
Diagnose and repair computer hardware and software issues on
Support hardware technical issues as needed.
Serve as adviser to the VP of Parts Operations on all technical,
logistical, strategic planning and implementation of repair
Other duties as assigned.
Five (5) years experience in medical imaging equipment,
component repair or equivalent experience.
