Job Description:

OverviewCustomer service representatives help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services. By helping customers understand the product and answering questions about their reservations, they are sometimes seen as having a role in sales.Responsibilities

  • Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Qualifications
    • Call Center Experience is preferred
    • At least 6 months of Customer Service Experience
    • Has Technical Support or Sales experience Associated topics: front desk, help, help desk, information technology, pc, support, systems administrator, technical, technician, technology
