SUMMARY:# Support leaders and employees in assigned departments in human resources and related matters, including: recruitment, employee relations, training, coaching and consultation, policy development, compensation, system/data maintenance, employee engagement, onboarding/orientation, and staff/leader development.# Acts as a consultant, advocate for leaders and employees, and a champion of change.# Formulates partnerships across the organization to deliver value-added services that reflect key business objectives.# Analyzes key metrics to identify trends and develop solutions to problems and enhance HR operations. Required Education/Training: Bachelor#s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field; OR equivalent combination of education and experience Required Experience:#Two (2)#years# experience in professional level Human Resources functions Preferred Education/Training: Master#s Degree in related field Preferred Experience: Experience in Human Resources in a healthcare environment; background in employment law; including Joint Commission and other government compliance agencies Preferred Licensure/Certification/Registration: PHR/SPHR; SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP #CB
