Job Description:

A healthcare technology company is in need of a Remote Customer Care Operations Quality Associate.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:
Monitoring and leveraging Risk Based Analytics to execute on Quality Audits
Collaborating with leadership on agent performance
Managing escalations, quality concerns and process improvement initiatives
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree preferred or 2+ years of equivalent industry experience
Foundational knowledge and/or mastery of athenahealth products
Understanding of various instructional methods and learning styles
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
