long-term individual investors.Responsible for coordinating and
administrating Security, Business Continuity, and Communications.
The Program Coordinator responsibilities cross a variety of
functional areas. However, common responsibilities include project
coordination, systems administration, data reporting and analysis,
implementation of communication strategies, compliance/audit
support, and coordination of departmental programs.Coordinate
responses to internal requests for Security servicesManage and
evaluate performance and capabilities of external vendors Review &
analysis of flagged communicationsInvestigate and evaluate branch
security mattersConduct social media and internet research &
analysis/CLEAR report review and analysis/person of interest
reportsProvide event security and security support for the Managing
PartnerCollaborate with HR Associate Relations, Legal, Branch
Facilities and law enforcement agenciesDraft reports, intelligence
bulletins, and other documentsGenerate data analysis & management
reportsDeliver trainingAbility to obtain an armed security officer
license, CSA designation and authorized to carry a pistol (e.g. Law
Enforcement Officers Safety Act, CCW)5-years of armed experience
with increasing levels of responsibility (police, military police,
security) is preferred.Law enforcement experience to include
investigative experienceEMT and executive protection experience
preferredValid driver's licenseBachelor's degreeStrong project
management skills, and with experience coordinating multiple
projects simultaneouslyVery strong organizational skillsAbility to
evaluate and establish priorities, then implement plans to
accomplish themStrong written and verbal communication skills
required, including the ability to convey technical information to
non-technical audiencesCollaborate, develop and maintain
relationships with key contractors and internal service
receiversMust be able to respond quickly and effectively in the
event of an emergency.Must be able to successfully participate in
all firm required training and successfully demonstrate the
application of non-lethal and lethal tactics, protocols, and
