Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Engagement Product
Designer.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and shape the future of the Engagement product area, focusing
on designing web forms and tools for creating forms
Design complex user experience flows that impact multiple products
in a suite
Collaborate closely with User Research, Product, and Engineering
teams to define the future of the products and ensure high-quality
implementation
Qualifications:
Experience designing web forms and tools for creating forms
Strong understanding of visual design principles, including
spacing, typography, hierarchy, and color usage
Track record of designing complex user experience flows
Experience working with an established design system and
incorporating customer feedback into design work
Ability to work closely with engineering teams and provide and
receive design feedback
