A company is looking for a Product Design Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Help level-up the overall quality of the product through research,
UX, and UI decisions
Lead a squad focused on new product initiatives
Manage and develop the design team while improving design processes
and user research
Required Qualifications:
Strong design taste and experience in improving user
experiences
Previous experience on B2B software product teams
Experience managing a small team or being mentored by someone who
helped level up their career
Familiarity with productive design processes and the ability to
speak to specific examples of breakthroughs from user research
