We are looking for an Account Representative to join our team to provide positive customer service and be an expert resource for customers. An individual that enjoys a fast-paced environment and has a positive & organized personality will thrive in this role. Key Responsibilities: Process future customer orders - Research and acquire material, give advice on plants, and offer substitutions if needed
Develop and grow the customer relationship - Proactively know and understand our customer needs
Be an expert resource for customers - Demonstrate knowledge of the landscape/nursery industry
Delivery Management - Ensuring customer deliveries are on time and meet customer needs Essential Job Duties: Manage Open-orders reports and modify the orders and ship dates based upon customer needs
Maintain a high level of customer service through phone calls, electronic communication, and customer visits. Document in CRM
Ensure all customer expectations are documented in SBI and CRM
Visit customers, and other growing facilities to develop relationship and gain knowledge
Daily tours to ensure familiarity with on-hand and future inventory
Inspection of material before shipping Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Good knowledge of Nursery Stock
Driven Sales Minded Personality
Basic computer skills, software proficiency including Microsoft Office products
Work well in a team environment Minimum Qualifications: Required: 3 years in related field
Required: Experience in customer service and sales
