Job Description:
FLSA Classification:Exempt Reports to:Director of Partnerships &
Fund Development Summary:Do you want to play an integral role in a
dynamic organization? We are looking for a Development Coordinator
who wants to assist our organization. The right candidate will
enjoy learning new tasks and taking on a variety of
responsibilities while working in an up-beat, nonprofit

of life. Essential Functions:Reasonable accommodations may be made

functions. Possess or develop excellent written, oral and
interpersonal communication skills. Must be able to work
independently, manage multiple projects, and display excellent time
management skills. Overview of Duties & Responsibilities as it
pertains to Database Management: Manage donor database including
data entry, donor tracking and reporting, manage monthly and annual
donor giving and process acknowledgements. Prepare monthly (or as
needed) reports to ensure accurate donation information in
accounting system Manage auction software for events including
setting up live and silent auctions, pre-event auctions and online
event registration. Manage online event registration for all
events. Overview of Duties & Responsibilities as it pertains to
Communications & Social Media: Establish and update marketing
calendar. Create marketing messaging, logos, flyers, brochures,
etc. with assistance and approval from leadership team. Draft media
releases as needed. Curate monthly newsletter and maintain email
outreach list. Identify appropriate social media platforms for
agency in conjunction with leadership and program teams. Manage,
using best practices, selected social media including Facebook,
Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. Overview of Duties &
Responsibilities as it pertains to Volunteers: Recruit volunteers
for special events, projects, and more. Retain and manage volunteer
waiver system. Conduct community outreach to recruit volunteers.
Establish volunteer specific events. Overview of Duties &
Responsibilities as it pertains to Website Management Regularly
review and update website as needed. Create and implement plan to
update current website. Using Google Analytics, monitor website
usage. Develop and implement strategies to increase website
traffic. Create and implement regular website management calendar
including monitoring and updating employment opportunities, curated
resources, and photos/videos Other: Send out end of year tax
letters to all donors. Manage requests for Third Party Events.
Manage event materials including decorations, guest gifts, sponsor
branding, tablecloths, signs, and brochures. Embrace and elevate

all of our internal and external relationships. Hours: 8:00-4:00
Monday-Friday; initially one day per week remote
