*** This position will sit in Bellevue, WA; Overland Park, KS; or Frisco, TX. This is not a remote role - this is a hybrid environment requiring 3 days a week in office.
Role Overview
This role will serve as the Workfront Product Owner, developing and leading the Workfront roadmap, strategy, and implementation. Own the adoption, governance, and administration of the Workfront system. Translate business needs and requirements, and direct the team to the product vision. Provide day-to-day support for teams as well as oversee the technical configuration of Workfront.
Key Skills and Experience

• 
  
• Expertise in Adobe Fusion for Workfront configuration and content supply chain management.
  
• Experience in guiding conversations with Adobe regarding features, licensing, and costs.
  
• Ability to balance business and technology priorities to deliver impactful outcomes.
  
• Experience managing the full lifecycle of Workfront configuration and enhancements.
  
• Strong understanding of Adobe Workfront's data model, APIs, and integration capabilities.
  
  Main Responsibilities
  
  
• Drive the product roadmap, system expansion, and enterprise integrations.
  
• Manage Workfront governance, configuration, and user management.
  
• Partner with leadership for license management and budget.
  
• Conduct cost-benefit and ROI analyses to support decisions.
  
• Communicate and influence at various organizational levels.
  
• Configure and optimize Workfront platform for business needs and user adoption.
  
• Manage system audits, data integrity, and troubleshooting.
  
• Lead onboarding, training, and support for Workfront users.
  
• Collaborate with Adobe and IT teams for ongoing maintenance and updates.
  
  Qualifications
  
  • 
    
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
    
  • 4-7 years of relevant product management experience in Agile environments.
    
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
    
  • Experience delivering complex software initiatives using Agile Scrum.
    
  • Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills.
    
  • Preferred: Adobe Certified Expert - Workfront Core Developer, Adobe Certified Professional - Fusion.
