and a manufacturer and supplier of customer-branded caps, garments,
and advertising specialty items. Position Summary We are searching
for an individual who is passionate about design, branding, and
creative strategy to join our in-house Creative Agency. We seek
someone to help support our client services creative team in
building and updating client e-stores and designing and producing
marketing materials across multiple types of media. What you’ll be
doing: - Design, maintain and update e-commerce websites for
clients that align with brand guidelines and objectives. - Design
branded flyers, direct-mail pieces, web banners, signage, e-mail
communications and marketing collateral for multiple clients. -
Collaborate with Creative Leaders, Marketing Specialists and
Account Managers to design marketing communications aligned with
client promotion objectives. - Retouch and process product images,
using best practices for image quality and image compression, for
use on client e-commerce websites and other digital or traditional
marketing materials. What you bring to the table: - Ability to
quickly learn and understand the systems and processes of the
department, and work within them effectively and efficiently. These
include our e-commerce platform, asset and project management
platforms, and procedures for working with our in-house photo
studio and processing product imagery. - Ability to learn new and
emerging web and e-commerce technologies - Desire and ability to
keep current on the latest versions of hardware and software, and
design trends and techniques - Strong organizational skills, able
to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously - A
self-starter, able to understand and apply business objectives
independently - Strong interpersonal and communication skills -
Knowledge of branding, creative, and marketing and how they impact
a client’s success - Strong attention to detail What’s needed –
Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work
experience in Graphic Design, Web Design or related field - 1–2
years of experience in Graphic or Web Design - Advanced knowledge
of Adobe Creative Cloud in the Mac environment – predominantly
Photoshop, XD, Dreamweaver, InDesign, and Iilustrator - Knowledge
of HTML, CSS and website production - Knowledge of Microsoft Office
programs (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) - *Must submit creative
portfolio to be considered for position. Please include URL to
online portfolio or submit PDF for review. Preferred - Automotive
industry or outdoor enthusiast brand experience preferred. -
