Job DescriptionOur purpose is to enable every single child to access the opportunities they deserve.Specifically, we eliminate transportation as a barrier to children--------s success. We do this by mobilizing outstanding adults who want to make a difference, so that our partners can focus elsewhere.Our work is guided by four core values:

Trust Is Everything: We treat each other with respect and candor, and we always keep our word.We drive many students who are experiencing homelessness, living in foster care, or living with mental or emotional special needs, or other circumstances that make the traditional yellow school bus not the best option. We match each student with a driver who takes that student to and from school everyday. Many of our drivers are current or former teachers, nurses, nannies, babysitters, personal caregivers, nursing home aides, social workers, parents, and grandparents who are eager to be a positive influence in their students-------- lives.Responsibilities:
--- Drive K-12 students safely and reliably to and from school
--- Create a positive, kind, and welcoming environment for children
--- Communicate consistently with parents, caregivers, and school staff
--- Be available from 6:30-9:30am and 1:30-4:30pm on weekdaysRequirements:
--- You are at least 23 years old with a valid driver's license and safe driving record
--- You have at least 1 year of meaningful caregiving experience
--- You have an insured four-door vehicle in good condition and a smartphone
--- You are able to pass a comprehensive background check, including fingerprinting, drug screening, and physical exam (all costs are reimbursable upon completion)Benefits:
