Cumberland Farms ('Cumby's'), a beloved regional chain known for its modern convenience stores that provide groceries, snacks, and gasoline, is seeking a dynamic Restaurant General Manager to lead operations at our Burger King outlet. This leadership role is pivotal in maintaining the high standards of customer service and operational excellence that Cumby's is celebrated for. You will oversee all facets of the restaurant's operations, ensuring that the Burger King outlet aligns with Cumby's commitment to convenience, quality, and exceptional service. Oversee day-to-day operations of the Burger King outlet, ensuring compliance with both Cumby's and Burger King's standards. Manage and train staff to uphold service quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. Analyze sales data to enhance profitability and streamline operations. Develop promotional strategies in coordination with Cumby's marketing initiatives. Handle inventory management and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Liaise with Cumby's senior management to report on outlet performance and implement corporate policies. Strong leadership and people management skills Ability to effectively train and motivate team members Experience in sales data analysis and financial management Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations Excellent communication and organizational skills 401k Certifications in food safety such as ServSafe Manager Certification are preferred.
