Job Description This job is full-time with responsibilities of
customer service scenarios and insurance intake. The position
requires a versatile person who is quick-learning and good with
computers. This role also offers opportunities for additional

Responsibilities: Act as the point of contact for consumers,
caregivers, referral sources, and sales team. Resolve consumer
issues and respond to phone and fax inquiries. Communicate with
team for proper documentation, delivery, or basic customer needs.
Collaborate with insurance professionals to verify patient benefit
coverage and financial responsibility. Relay insurance coverage and
patient responsibility to varying sources. Document encounters and
follow-up with appropriate team member for thorough communication.
