DESCRIPTION: As an Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member

RESPONSIBILITIES: Build and maintain customer relationships,
following up as necessary. Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous
customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance
availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy modifications,
transfers, claim submissions, and billing questions. Foster strong
and lasting customer connections. QUALIFICATIONS: Preferred
experience in sales roles such as outside sales, inside sales
representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing. Preferred
experience in managing client relationships. Interest in marketing
products and services tailored to customer needs. Excellent
communication abilities, including written, verbal, and listening
skills. Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Ability to anticipate and understand customer needs. Skilled at
