Job Description Job Description Position Summary The Morning
Banquet Cook/Prep Cook is responsible for the preparation and
execution of all banquet and event food production during morning
hours. This position supports the banquet team, morning sous chef,
and overall kitchen operations by completing large-scale prep,
assisting with event execution, and ensuring all banquet mise en
place is completed to Carriage Club standards. This role requires
strong organization, efficiency, and the ability to produce
consistent, high-quality food in volume.
